We do our best to have the most popular of all designers available in stock, however we list some styles as available for backorder which indicates that the item is not currently in stock. Do not fret, that doesn’t mean we can’t get it for you!
Badgley Mischka Shoes
Because Badgley Mischka ships from overseas and all product must pass international customs, you can expect at least a one month wait on any backorder but no longer than three months. If you have a fixed event date, it is important to enter it at checkout as there are delivery time factors related to backorders and this will help ensure that we are working in a timely manner to get your dream shoe to you, on-time!
Headpieces are handmade in Australia on a made to order basis just for you! For sanitary reasons and due to the delicate nature of the crowns and halos, we cannot accept returns.
All handmade headpieces, including halos and crowns can be expected to arrive within two weeks of purchase date. If we have them in stock, the delivery time is just 5-8 business days.

Delivery time on all Hayley Paige Occasions orders is approximately 14 weeks. A rush delivery for 10-12 weeks is available for an additional fee and requires pre-approval. Please contact customer service for any rush order details at email@example.com. Cancellations are possible only in the instance that an order has not begun production; please contact customer service if you have any cancellation concerns.
Extra fabric is available; please contact customer service at the time of your dress order to request extra fabric to ensure the dress and fabric come from the same dye lot. It is also recommended that all dresses for your bridal party are ordered at the same time to ensure they come from the same dye lot. All sizes 18 and above are subject to a $50 surcharge.
All Hayley Paige Occasions dresses are made in standard sizes and alterations are not included with purchase of a dress. Additional length is available at an extra charge; please contact customer service to arrange.
La Petite Hayley Paige
Delivery time on all La Petite Hayley Paige orders is approximately 12 weeks. A rush delivery for 9 weeks is available for an additional fee and requires pre-approval. All returns (exchange or refund) must be authorized by our customer service team. You can contact us at email@example.com for assistance, instructions and authorizations on returns. You may return in stock, non-sale items only; returned product(s) must be received within 14 days of delivery to customer.

The item(s) is in its original condition and is unworn and unmarked.
Eternal Bridal reserves the right to charge for the full cost of the product if we deem that it is worn or damaged in any way. We charge a $30 restocking fee for all refunded items. Eternal Bridal offers a one-time free size exchange for shoe shipping except for shoes bought with a promotional discount, in which case the customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping. The replacement shoe will be shipped upon receipt of original purchase. All other shipping costs related to returns/exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Item(s) must be returned to Eternal Bridal. We allow size exchanges on sale shoes if it available but all postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is our recommendation that you contact us for a sizing consultation if you are not familiar with our shoe designers.
We recommend that all return items are insured during transit as we do not cover the cost of lost or damaged goods. All return postage costs will be at customer expense with the exception of faulty items. Please include proof of postage costs to be reimbursed for postage of faulty items along with your original purchase receipt. Eternal Bridal does not offer refunds on sale items, however we do offer the ability to return for store credit within 14 days. Eternal Bridal does not offer refunds on any bridesmaids dress orders. All clearance sales are final.
