      All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days via Australia Post with a signature required upon delivery. In-stock orders can be expected to arrive within 3-10 business days of shipment. Express shipping can be expected to arrive within 1-2 business days of shipment within the metro area. Please click here to see if you are in the next day delivery zone.

       

      Fail to collect - If you fail to collect your parcel and it is returned to us a refund for your purchase amount will be issued back into your account less a $30 restocking fee. If you would like the item to resent, a $10 shipping fee will be charged.

       

      Back order - For all back-ordered shoes we recommend allowing 8 weeks from placement of order to receiving you item.

       

      Holiday period - There may be short delays around holidays and peak season.

       

      International shipping – All international parcels are sent via trackable postage with signature upon delivery. Please be aware that if you are purchasing online from outside of Australia you may be charged customs duties and taxes. These duties and taxes are not included in the price of the goods and the shipping costs. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer.

      All return items must have the original tag attached with original condition, free from any damages, perfumes, and marks. Eternal Bridal reserves the right to charge for the full cost of the product if we deem that it is worn or damaged in any way.

       

      Returns and exchanges must be lodged within 7 days of delivery. All returned product(s) must be received within 14 days of delivery to customer. Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility except for faulty items. We recommend that all return items are insured during transit as we do not cover the cost of lost or damaged goods. All return postage costs will be at customer expense except for faulty items.
