Items are sent via Australia Post with a signature required upon delivery. All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after placing your order from our head office in Sydney. In-stock orders can be expected to arrive within 3-10 business days of shipment. There may be short delays around holidays and peak season. If you advise Eternal Bridal of an ATR (authority to leave) then you are accepting all responsibility for your parcel once it has been left by the courier/delivery driver, otherwise a signature is required upon delivery. If you fail to collect your parcel and it is returned to us a refund for your purchase amount will be issued back into your account less a $30 restocking fee. If you would like the item resent a $10 shipping fee will be charged.
Express shipping is optional and charged at check out by the weight of your items and ranges from $15- $25. All items are sent via Australia Post with a signature required upon delivery. Eternal Bridal reserves the right to charge for the full cost of the product if we deem that it is worn or damaged in any way. We charge a $30 restocking fee for all refunded items. Eternal Bridal offers a one-time free size exchange for shoe shipping except for shoes bought with a promotional discount, in which case the customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping. The replacement shoe will be shipped upon receipt of original purchase. All other shipping costs related to returns/exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Item(s) must be returned to Eternal Bridal. We allow size exchanges on sale shoes if it available but all postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is our recommendation that you contact us for a sizing consultation if you are not familiar with our shoe designers.
We recommend that all return items are insured during transit as we do not cover the cost of lost or damaged goods. All return postage costs will be at customer expense with the exception of faulty items. Eternal Bridal does not offer refunds on sale items, however we do offer the ability to return for store credit within 14 days. All clearance sales are final.
