On a moody overcast day, inside a raw white studio in Sydney’s quietly trendy suburb of Paddington; Our Eternal Bridal styling team came together with Gui Jorge Photography, Studio Flora & Co and Sally Studio Make Up, to collaborate on an editorial series which showcased the latest veils and accessories to be released on the new Eternal Bridal online boutique.
Inspired by the truly modern bride who is multifaceted in all aspects of life and the need to reflect her love, personality and moods, the creative team agreed on creating a series of images which were not only artistically clean but also brings out the true personality of each veil, earring, headpiece and shoe of the new collection.
The preparations began early in the morning with the Eternal Bridal team preparing the stars of the latest Hayley Paige, Enzoani and Galia Lahav dress collection with the brand new bridal veil collection; and laying out endless sparkling earrings, intricately hand-crafted crowns and combs, with drool worthy Badgely Mishcka and Freya Rose wedding shoes. Simultaneously in the same space, Sally and her team from Sally Studios begins to work their magic on model Valentina whilst Studio Flora & Co weaved together a floral masterpiece.
The shoot propelled into frantic motion with the arrival of photographer Gui Jorge. Starting with an elaborate set staging of Valentina in Hayley Paige’s blushing Milo ballgown wedding dress, surrounded by rustic florals and an array of Eternal Bridal's online boutique’s latest shoe styles by Badgley Miscka and Freya Rose London.
Early afternoon brought a styling change for Valentina, changing into two different fitted crepe creations by Enzoani to be paired with the newest Eternal Bridal veil collection. This newest collection of bridal veils offers brides a large range of colour, sparkle, trims and embellishment to allow for more self-expression on their special day.
A third outfit change brought out the first of our Eternal Bridal Galia Lahav favorites for the day, Thelma. With off the shoulder balloon sleeves and a natural hair down look, the team was able to capture a elegantly stylized yet slightly bohemian look with the latest addition of hand crafted crowns, hair combs and earrings.
With the evening sunset and the momentary pause of rain, the team ventured outside of the photo studio onto the side streets of Paddington. There, a house with a bubble pink door and a wall crawling with green vines became the backdrop of our finale outfit featuring Galia Lahav Haute Couture’s Rhiannon bridal dress and our classic Eternal Bridal full length plain cathedral veil.
