1. Do you have shoes in your Boutiques I can try for size?

Unfortunately we don't stock any of the shoes in our boutiques at the moment as we are a bit tight on space. They are only available via our online store here

2. How do I know my size?

Please refer to the sizing chart beside each individual product or view them here

3. What is a backorder?

We do our best to have the most popular of all design available in stock, however we list some styles as available for backorder which indicates that the item is not currently in stock and that we would have to order it in for you. There are only specific items on our online store that can be back ordered for you when they are out of stock.

Badgley Mischka Shoes

Because Badgley Mischka ships from overseas and all product must pass international customs, please allow a 6 week wait on any backorder. If you have a fixed event date, it is important to enter it at checkout as there are delivery time factors related to backorders and this will help ensure that we are working in a timely manner to get your dream shoe to you, on-time! Rush orders aren't available with Badgley Mischka so please allow the full 6 weeks to receive your order.


Headpieces are handmade in Australia on a made to order basis just for you! For sanitary reasons and due to the delicate nature of the crowns and halos, we cannot accept returns.

All handmade headpieces, including halos and crowns can be expected to arrive within two weeks of purchase date, if you place a backorder.

4. What payment types do you accept?

All payments for items purchased through the Eternal Bridal online will be made through a secure payment gateway. A proof of purchase receipt for the transaction will be sent to you along with your purchase.

We accept: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal & Afterpay

5. Do you have Afterpay or Zip pay?

We accept Afterpay, we currently do not offer Zip pay as a payment method

6. Can I change or cancel my order?

Should you wish to change your order after your payment has been processed, please email us immediately at and we will try our best to accommodate your request. There may be some instances where we are unable to modify your order.

Should you wish to cancel your order after payment has been processed, please email us immediately at and we will try our best to accommodate your request. We are unable to cancel orders after items have been shipped.


7. How much is postage?

We offer free Postage on all orders over $200

Flat rates apply depending on the weight of your item. Ranging from $10 - $20.

Shipping costs are determined at the checkout.

International orders have a flat rate standard shipping fee of $50 worldwide & a flat Express rate of $90.

Please be aware that if you are purchasing online from outside of Australia you may be charged customs duties and taxes. These duties and taxes are not included in the price of the goods and the shipping costs.The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer

8. How long will my order take to be delivered?

Items are shipped from our head office in Sydney.

Australian Orders shipped via Regular Post please allow 3-10 Business Days to receive your parcel during non-promotional periods.

Express Post within Australia Posts "metro area" please allow 1-2 business days.

Worldwide please allow up to 21 days for your parcel to arrive.

9. What happens if I'm not home to receive my parcel?

If you are not home to collect your parcel Australia Post will leave it in a safe space for you. If there is no safe space available they will send it to your local post office.

10. Can I track my order?

All orders are sent via Australia Post. An email will be sent to you with your tracking number after your item has be shipped. Please check your junk mail if you haven't received it.


11. How do a return an item?

Returns requirements:

All returns (exchange or refund) must be authorised by our customer service team. You can contact us at for assistance, instructions and authorisations on returns. You may return in stock, non-sale items only; returned product(s) must be received within 14 days of delivery to customer.

We charge a $15 restocking fee for all refunded items.

12. Which items can't be returned?

Items that cannot be exchanged or returned:

  • Sale Items
  • Headpieces
  • Earrings
  • Garters


13. What if my shoes are the wrong size?

Eternal Bridal offers a one-time free size exchange for shoe, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping back to our Head Office. The replacement shoe will be shipped free of charged with Regular Shipping on receipt of original purchase. All other shipping costs related to returns/exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Item(s) must be returned to Eternal Bridal.

We allow size exchanges on SALE shoes if it available but all postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

14. What if my item is faulty?

If you have received an item you believe to be faulty, please contact the Eternal Bridal Online Store to discuss your options for a repair, replacement or refund, subject to the conditions of our Refunds & Exchanges policy.


15. Do you sell gift cards?

Yes we do! Eternal Bridal eGift Cards may be used only for purchases made in Eternal Bridal Online Store (

Eternal Bridal eGift Cards cannot be used for purchases at the physical brick and mortar boutiques.

An existing Eternal Bridal eGift Cards cannot be used for purchases of additional Eternal Bridal eGift Cards.

Eternal Bridal eGift Cards are in AUS currency and are not redeemable outside of Eternal Bridal Online Store; cannot be returned or exchanged; and are not redeemable for cash (except where required by applicable law).

Eternal Bridal is not responsible for lost or stolen eGift Cards, or for use of a eGift Card without your permission.

Any approved returns made with purchased using Eternal Bridal eGift Card will be returned into original Eternal Bridal eGift Card; and balance that remains on the card can be used in whole or part against future purchases at Eternal Bridal Online Store.

Eternal Bridal eGift cards expired 24 months after issue.

16. How do I redeem my discount voucher?

Discount codes need to be entered at checkout before payment is made. They are one-time use only and for online purchases only. Not valid with any other offer, discount or promotion. Not applicable to sale items. Exclusive only for new subscribers and online purchases.
