All returns must be authorised by our customer service team. You can contact us at shop@eternalbridal.com.au for assistance, instructions and authorisations on returns. You may return in stock, non-sale items only; returned product(s) must be received within 14 days of delivery to customer. All return postage costs are the customer's responsibility with the exception of faulty items.
Refunds over $200 incur a $15 restocking fee to cover the original cost of shipping. Please note Pret A Porter gowns have a different return policy. (See below)

PRET A PORTER
All Pret A Porter gowns are made to order by Galia Lahav. Eternal Bridal offers brides a one time return or exchange if your gown is not quite right. Please be mindful of sizing when you order your gown and if you are unsure or in between sizes please reach out to shop@eternalbridal.com.au before purchasing.
All returns must be authorised by our customer service team. Please email us at shop@eternalbridal.com.au for assistance, instructions and authorisations on returns. Returns and exchanges must be applied for within 7 days of delivery, all tags must be kept attached and gown must be in its original condition free from any damages, perfumes and marks. Gown must also be returned in its original packaging.
We recommend that all return items are insured during transit as we do not cover the cost of lost or damaged goods. All return postage costs will be at customer expense with the exception of faulty items.
Eternal Bridal reserves the right to charge for the full cost of the product if we deem that it is worn or damaged in any way.

Note: Sale shoes can be size exchanged but not refunded. They must be in perfect condition and all shipping is at the expense of the customer.
Returns requirements: (All bridal accessories excluding sample gowns and Pret A Porter)
The item(s) has not been worn or tampered with in any way.
The item(s) is sent with the original purchase receipt/invoice.
The item(s) is in its original condition and is unworn and unmarked.
Eternal Bridal reserves the right to charge for the full cost of the product if we deem that it is worn or damaged in any way. We charge a $15 restocking fee for all refunded items. Shipping costs related to returns/exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Item(s) must be returned to Eternal Bridal. We allow size exchanges on sale shoes if it available but all postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is our recommendation that you contact us for a sizing consultation if you are not familiar with our shoe designers.
